Kersfield House is the tallest building at the apex of West London's most prominent hill, Putney Hill. The Penthouses boast an unrivalled full London cityscape view, from Wembley in the West to Canary Wharf and the Docklands in the East, with all of London’s iconic buildings in-between. This magnificent panorama can be seen from the surrounds of your own private bespoke roof terrace which comes complete with music, light and heating.

Restful and dreamy during the day, the view comes to life at sunset, as the entirety of London lights up into a glittering display against an inky back drop.

Design Details

Greeted at the entrance by an international telecom system granting access to the building from one’s smartphone. The Kersfield Penthouses are modern, secluded and secure.

These stunning half floor duplex residences feature a fabulous open plan living space with triple aspect windows and wraparound terraces giving Cityscape views, featuring London and it's iconic buildings. Stunning vistas from the bedrooms are framed by floor to ceiling windows. The private wraparound roof terraces provide for superb outside living and entertaining.

The interior is a duplex with two large bedrooms on each floor, with generous natural stone en-suites. The master bedroom also has a walk-in wardrobe. Floor to ceiling windows frame the green Putney roofscape views. In addition there is a separate office, storage space and a guest w.c.

Attention to detail has created a cohesive design with wide oak plank floors and a stunning oak staircase.  Contemporary danish design shelves in the living room add interest and additional storage. The bedroom and study have bespoke pivot doors to create a seamless open space.

Linear Kitchen : equipped with a microwave combination oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, drop down electric points and black granite work top. Heat resistant glass splash back. Utility cupboard with high specification pine shelving and washer/dryer plumbed in.

Lift : Secure sole key lift access and private lobby.

Office area : A secluded area to rest work or play.

Master bedroom ; natural wool carpets, en suite shower and bath in natural stone, under sink vanity unit, walk in wardrobe.
